Our Mission

Established in 2002, we’ve built up an impressive client list from across the sports industry, including venues, professional clubs, leagues, governing bodies and associations. Our strategies sell tickets, grow databases, increase engagement, improve customer experience and maximise membership schemes.

By designing and delivering creative CRM, data, digital, insight and membership strategies we assist our clients to engage effectively, personally and profitably with their fans, customers, members, and participants.

Our History

Goodform was founded in 2002 by Stuart Dalrymple and David Teasdale. The company has gone from strength to strength with a rapidly expanding client base – we now work with over 50 professional sports clubs, national governing bodies, associations and commercial organisations. Today Goodform is firmly established in the sports industry but we also work with a variety of other sectors – from the Conservatoire of Dance and Drama to world leading food company, Danone, our principals and high standard are the same across sectors.

Goodform works alongside the Membership Management Company within the Goodform Group.

Sportswise is the research brand of Goodform, one of the UK’s leading Sports CRM agencies. The two work together to ensure that clients are acting on insight and maximising their commercial and engagement opportunities through research, data and digital marketing.

The Membership Management Company (MMC) specialises in helping organisations in the third sector to improve the commercial performance and operational efficiency of their membership schemes. Specialist services include; membership audits, sales & marketing, database management, membership administration and CRM strategy and implementation.
